	Platform Switch

Provides core technology to support the entire system:

　 APIs: Standardized APIs to allow third-party development and release of new applications and content
　 Billing database and management: Includes administrator access screens to customize billing for promotions
　 Monitoring and System Management Systems
　 Resource Allocation Systems: Allocates resources based on usage needs. Allows for prioritization of various applications.
　 Signal Processing Systems: process all incoming and outgoing signals across the media and application/content layers
　 Supports additional modular functions allowing for upgrade and release of new applications without affecting a live system




	Platform Content

Provides for a rich open source media library:

　 Standard database allows for release of content over several applications, maximizing media usage and value for content providers
　 Customized billing allows for premium content as well as standard content. Open source to allow content from numerous service provider sources.
　 Access to application, core platform and media layers allows for applications that converge various technologies: SMS, Voice, Web, etc…
