SRT began developing its Wireless Value Added Services platform in 2002, and after two and a half years we have developed more than 10 innovative services for the national and international telecom operators. There are now more than 8000 operational SRT lines in the People’s Republic of China.
SRT is currently working with the following mobile operators to provision its services:

SRT has worked with Zhejiang Mobile to release several of its services, including Instant Meeting, let's Talk, Mood Tones, and the Mobile Enterprise Gateway. The system currently operates with a capacity of 3000 lines. |
| Gansu Mobile: |
SRT and Gansu Mobile have released the MEG, with a capacity of 300 lines |
| Henan Unicom: |
let's Talk, Mood Tones, MEG, and Telephone QQ, with a capacity of 2000 lines |
| Hainan Unicom: |
Mulitinumbers, let's Talk, Mood Tones, and MEG, with a capacity of 480 lines |
