SRT maintains an industry standard Network Operations Center (NOC), which provides 24x7 monitoring services to our customers. Assisting our physical staff on-site is advanced monitoring software, which automatically alerts engineers to server problems. When issues arise, SRT's contractually binding Service Level Agreements dictate the appropriate actions to be taken as well as the required time frame in which to complete them. |
| SRT's NOC also provides an advanced internal monitoring program for customers which includes detailed resource and environment information,including CPU, memory, and hard disk usage. The NOC also provides monthly analysis reports to customers including key information such as bandwidth usage and network flow. For up to date information, users can log on and monitor their own network status via web browser.The SRT NOC is staffed by trained IT professionals, who have practical experience on all major operating platforms and software solutions.
