Thank you for visiting our new and improved web site.
SRT has been in business since 2000 and over the last 5 years we have seen incredible growth, not only in our business, customers and revenue, but also in our employees, core staff, and ideas. It has been an exciting 5 years. But, SRT is now embarking on its next growth stage and we are expecting even more.
Over the last five years, SRT aggressively grew our IDC, IT services and VAS business. Each grew as an independent part of the SRT family. As we continue to grow, however, we will start bringing our businesses together to create a complete platform to provide the highest level of corporate services available in China. This will include our data, voice and integrated services. As we bring all this together, SRT will continue to maintain our focus on customer service and, in fact, we are expanding the concept of service to providing a full customer experience.
SRT has always taken pride in our ability to provide the highest level of customer service in the industry. But, as we continue to grow, we are expanding our “service” model into an “experience” model. For our existing customers, you will begin seeing more support and proactive steps taken by our staff to ensure your highest level of satisfaction. For those who are not yet SRT customers, I hope you give us the chance to show you what the experience is.
